Couch to 5k - Day 1

That's right, between Erin and Meghan, I've decided it's time to get off of my keister and start exercising again. It's good for me, and let's face it, if I ever want to sport a gold bikini, it's a necessity.

Today's progress:

C25k- day 1

Today's soundtrack: The Full Monty (Broadway)

Things I've learned: Dancing on an elliptical is hard. And a little treacherous.


  1. Haven't you heard? Exercise can be dangerous to your health :-). I think you mean "cheeesecake", btw. Good for you all in any case. I should do the same!

    Awesome! I just did my Day 1 of the Couch to 5K yesterday. I still can't believe I actually ran for the heck of it :) Good luck with your program!!!

  3. I'm trying to do that via "Walking the Puppy Round the Hood." Things I've learned:
    By the 170 freeway there's an AWESOME PARK that at one time was a good spot to hire a prostitute but now is an AMAZING place to take a puppy at 7am.
    1.34 miles in about an hour
